We provide passion-filled and energy-filled workshops and seminars that orchestrate E.Q.-driven leadership skills and behaviors in combination with S.Q., A.Q., T.Q., and C.Q. to build, sustain, and grow engaged and inclusive teams.

Silvia Santana brings over 20 years of combined global corporate experience in the areas of management, coaching, content development and facilitation, sales, and service enablement. Silvia holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Corporate Communications, a Master’s in Leadership and Business Ethics, and is currently working on her doctorate in Leadership and Administration.
Silvia is passionate about empowering others to create and lead thriving organizations and experience personal and professional growth and fulfillment. Silvia’s humility and fierce authenticity place the utmost emphasis on team contribution and inclusion.
Silvia prides herself on having two beautiful countries she calls home: the United States and Spain. Silvia’s professional endeavors allowed her to travel to more countries than she can remember, and her curiosity and relentless thirst for continuous learning, as well as her magnetism and charisma, have contributed to her cultivated personal, professional, and educational development.
